I ship fast! many times on the same day as the purchase, depending on when the auction closes. Shipping Method: I ship using the US Postal Service, usually by parcel post, unless otherwise noted in the listing. I often upgrade the shipping method at no extra charge if I can afford to do so. If some other method of shipping is chosen at checkout that is the method your item will be shipped. When will My item Arrive?: I am not in charge of the post office and therefore have no control once the item is shipped as to when it arrives. The Post Office by my experience is not dependable as to how long it takes to get there, and quite frankly they don't care. They usually are the least costly for shipping. Notification of Shipping: I will notify you of the date your item is shipped and by what method using e-mail, please check your junk mail as it has a tendency to go there. I do what I say, I will only tell you the truth, so when I say it was shipped, it was. Insurance: Insurance is advised and affordable but optional. If you choose not to purchase it you assume responsiblity for lost or damaged items and no refunds will be issued.

We have been doing this for a long time. After years of being a power seller, the court, through a divorce, gave my old Ebay site to my ex, she doesn't know how to use it but that's ok, it's always good to have start fresh. PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE!!! We work very hard to give the best service possible. We are human so rarely, but once in a great while, we make a mistake. If we make a mistake involving you we would very much like the chance to make it right. We also have had more than our share of people who are dishonest with us... If you are not honest please don't bid on our items... Honest people make it much easier to provide the absolute best service to our customers and take care of problems. We purchase items from many locations such as auctions, over stocks, discontinued items, close dated or out dated items (dates will always be posted in the listing if it is an issue), items sellable but not through the regular sales arena etc. But, one of our favorite places to get items to auction is damaged freight sales. We find that maybe one box out of a pallet is damaged so the entire delivery is rejected. So it's like having one case (usually only a few cans) of beans damaged on a whole pallet of all sorts of vegetables. We take out the damaged items and sell the rest. Most are brand new (unless noted otherwise), high quality name brands and quite a bargan for my customers. Others may have a spot on them or have slight damage to them but are otherwise brand new (always noted in the listing). Some have broken boxes or some other packaging damage. If that is the case the boxes are opend and the product tested before sale. They then are repackaged, taped up, etc. For the substancial savings you get, the occasional bent box is but a small price to pay. But once again, most of the things we sell are brand new and just a part of a delivery where only one thing was damaged and the entire delivery was rejected. What this means is we have a large variety of items to offer, that change often. One week we might have a lot of kitchen items, commercial equipment and household items. The next we may have comercial items, blankets, sheets, pillows etc. and on any given week we may have a ton of great items. Often we get industrial items that are absolutly terrific bargans!!!
