Broken Pfaff 230 industrial head dial a stitch Sewing Machine.
I bought my Pfaff 20 years ago and made thousands of Teddy Bears that I sold retail for years. I went to make curtains the other day and it would not work, not needing and industrial machine any longer I bought a treadle. Up for auction is this well used broken, will not run, acts like it is not getting power Sewing machine. For any of you who know about the Pfaff 230 skip down to the rest for those of you who do not. It is a household machine made in Germany in the 1950's with an industrial head. When they originally demonstrated this machine the salesperson would actually sew through a yardstick to show how powerful it was. It has no case as I had it in a cabinet for the last 20 years and tossed the case. Auction includes the power cord, which very well might just be the problem as it has a small chip on one side where it goes into the machine and the connection part is showing. The accessories for this machine are being separately auctioned. Good Luck.
