Bid Auctions do not qualify for any shipping discounts or combined shipping. Fixed Price Auctions or Store items will qualify, just ask.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days.
All International Orders will incur and be charged additional shipping Charges. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam may have increased shipping charges depending upon item.

NOTE: We do not ship Internationally for FREE!, we charge the domestic shipping rate, plus an international fee, depending upon the item. Some packages will hold more than one item, so we only charge one (1) international fee. Each international is custom quoted. Thank You!

Returns will be accepted if we are notified within 72hrs of receipt. An RMA# is mandatory and must be obtained from prior to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Warranty: All products are warrantied 30 days from date of purchase, all warranty returns require an RMA# in writing from us. All warranty returns are subject to inspection and POMPCO approval before store credit issued or replacement.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Are plainly marked and not hidden, if you think the shipping is high, please do not buy then complain. Our shipping charges are computed on postage & shipping costs, handling, retrieval and storage, packaging costs, time and preparation, are all part of it. Including paying the high fuel costs to deliver to the post office 1-2 a day, to pick up a day on delivery time in most case.
