WARRANTY

Everything we sell comes with a manufaturers warranty (copy available upon request). We will accept returns for defective items within 14 days from date of purchase. If you receive an item that is not functioning properly, we will handle the return/exchange during the first 14 days from purchase date. You must contact us for a return authorization. After that, any service or warranty issues can be taken up directly with the manufactuer.

SHIPPING

We usually ship same or next business day using UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Some items, like HealthOMeter, Detecto and Seca ship directly from the manufacturer and may take a couple days longer to ship.
