	4 Concrete Bridge Spans - Bridge up for Auction The 4 concrete spans are 50 feet long, 4 feet wide, 21 inches thick and 2 of them have built-in curbs. They were fabricated in 1987, as precast, pre-stressed concrete slab beams. The slabs are located on State lands and are stacked on the roadside of Jordan Creek Rd. (cross stream is Phelps Creek). The successful Bidder is responsible for all removal. Removal must comply with all State Forest Rules and Laws including Industrial Fire Laws of Oregon Department of Forestry Land. The winning Bidder is required to fulfill the requirements of a "Special Indemnity". Below are the 2 options to choose from.
