Return Policy
Each www.aleratec.com eBay customer must contact us prior to any return for an RMA number. RMA numbers are required for any return. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, www.aleratec.com will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no cost (except shipping and insurance).

 

Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 7 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, software, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by www.aleratec.com and the item must be shipped back for inspection and processing prior to refund.

 

Please note that refunds are issued in the form of a check and take up to 10 days to process and mail. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price of the item. Aleratec reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.

When you receive your order, please inspect all packages for items such as Software, Manuals, and Cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, and the shipping carton and its packing material, in the unlikely event that you may need it for a return shipment. We ship items upon receipt of payment Monday-Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm Pacific Time excluding U.S. Holidays.
