I am not sure what this was designed to fit or its compatibility ?? Maybe for microfiche ?? See pictures below of what you are getting. No other items are included. Cosmetics-Clean overall with some minor wear. A couple edge nicks. Operational Condition- Untested. Optical Condition- Clean overall with some specs. A couple larger spots inside. I am not sure how they would affect performance ?? Might need cleaning. Sold AS IS. No returns. Includes the lens only. Nothing else is included.
