Checkout Procedures
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase,
you have two check-out options:
Click on the Check-Out Now! button
at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.
You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without
waiting for an email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, there is no
need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an
e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a
link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to
quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
Combining Auctions
If you are planning to bid on multiple items and want them shipped
together, do not pay for them until you are finished (please make sure
items are paid within 10 day of the first successful auction).
Items that you win are automatically combined into one invoice.
Once you pay for an auction or select a payment option such as money
order, any additional items you win will be created on a different
invoice and we will not be able to combine them. Once an item is
paid for it goes back to our shipping department for processing.
Payment
We accept Paypal, MC, VISA, Amex, Discover, Money Orders and Cashier Checks.
All auctions must be paid for within 10 business days. Non
paying bidder alerts will be issued on any outstanding auctions.
Shipping
- Shipping Per Auction: $13. An auction with items
lotted together are counted as one shipping charge.
- Shipping For Each additional Auction: $9
- Sorry we do not offer local pickups
- Shipping is for the 48 Continental States. Alaska, Hawaii and
US Territories more. Please email for quote
- At this time we do not ship International
Shipping is a flat rate. We combine shipping on some items.
To calculate combined shipping rates add the highest priced shipping and
the additional shipping amount for all your other items. Items
that have the same shipping and each additional shipping amount cannot
be combined. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days
Customer Service
We are open Monday through Friday 8-5 Pacific Time. We do our best to
answer all emails in a timely manner. Although we typically
answere emails within 24 hours please allow up to 2 business days to
receive a response. Emails sent from Friday afternoon to Sunday
will be answered the next business day. Any questions please email

We do our best to ensure that orders are shipped out in a timely manner
and that any problems are corrected. Please allow us to fix any
issues prior to leaving negative feedback. Sometimes emails
do not reach their destination. If for any reason you do not
receive a reply back to your emails please feel free to contact us.
A 1-800 number is supplied in all of our automated emails as well as in
the header of our invoices.
Return Policy
Our return policy varies depending on the type of auction. Our policy
is as follows: Guaranteed Working - Item(s) is
warrantied from 10 days of receipt. Powers on - Item(s) are
guaranteed to power on and our 10 day warranty applies to only this
aspect. Not guaranteed in any other way. AS IS Auctions -
Item(s) will not be exchanged or refunded. Many of the items we
sell are in good working order but we are unable to test them fully due
to lack of knowledge and/or equipment. Because of this, they are
sold as is.

Additional information regarding our radios. Please Read!!!
- Our radio equipment comes from surplus lots. We sell them
like we get them. We do not under any circumstances open them up to
inspect or to test.
- All accessories that are included in auction are listed.
If the auction does not list it, it will not come with it.
This includes but not limited to batteries, antennas, chargers,
power cords, etc.
- Frequencies ranges vary depending on how a radio was made.
In most cases we do not know the exact bandsplit of the frequency.
I.E. A saber VHF radio has a possible frequency range of 136-174mhz.
That does not mean it covers the whole spectrum. It could be
136-150mhz, 150-174mhz or it could cover the entire band.
You need special equipment to hook up to the radio to determine the
split. We will not refund or exchange any radios bought that
are not on the frequency range you need.
- We list all pertinent numbers in our ads including model, PN,
Comb#, FCCID, Flashcode, etc. If it is not listed in the
description we do not know what it is. This can be due to
missing or damaged labels.
