Terms of Service
Shipping
Our shipping company is UPS, we will email you with your tracking number after we ship your product. Advanced Payment Solutions only ships with in the United States of America. Normally terminals are shipped with in 24-48 hours of payment. If you want us to ship other than UPS ground, you must contact us 1st to see availability of service to your area and get a shipping quote BEFORE you bid. UPS Ground shipping is included/free.
Payment Method
All payments must be received within seven business days from the end of the auction. Any auction not paid for within seven business days will be automatically canceled. Commerce Services will accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products to an individual purchaser or shipping address thereof.
Fees We charge
The current sales tax only in the state of Michigan.
Return Policy
All equipment returned within 30 days of receipt will be refunded for 100% of the wining bid amount excluding shipping. There are no inspection or restocking fees of any kind. Bidders though are responsible for any damage that occurred to the equipment while in their position, in addition all parts and accessories must be returned in order to receive refund. After 7 days all sales are final.
Warranty
Standard manufacturer’s warranty’s apply, should any equipment that is placed free at your business fail during warranty period, a replacement of the equipment will be shipped to you at no charge. Simply call our technical support department for all warranty issues. The warranty period will be extended to the length of your time with Advanced Payment Solutions provided that you have an active merchant account with us. We will pay for the cost of overnight shipping of any replacement equipment required for 90 days from date of purchase. Equipment that has been dropped, abused, or damaged by fire, water, lightning, or other acts of GOD, maybe excluded from this warranty. Keep a printout of the auction you have won with your record as proof of purchase is required for warranty replacements.
