The motor is a GE - 2HP, 3 phase, w/Stearns clutch and a Boston 30:1 gear reduction. I took the motor w/gear reduction to a local motor repair shop to have it checked out. They said everything checked out (runs good) and that it was very clean inside. I have the paper work for verification on the condition of motor. There is an area on the gearbox which seeps a little bit of oil and looks like it has been repaired at one time but no visable breaks. The spools and cables appear to be in good condition (no guarantee). The main control box has a Dover label on it. It also came with a number of different switches and misc. hardware. Control box and switches look good but have not had them checked out. There are 19 counter weights, each weighing approximately 40 lbs. This is an opportunity to purchase an elevator at a bargain price compared to the cost of a new one. Buyer must pick-up or arrange for shipping. PayPal only.
