The one negative and the few neutral feedbacks all came from buyers who did not give us the chance to resolve their concerns beforehand. Payment Terms: Serious bidders only. Please, as a courtesy, do not bid if you can't pay promptly. We accept Paypal, money order, or cashiers check. Payment must be received within 3 days. Please email me before you bid if you are going to pay by money order or cashier's check, so I will know when to expect payment. If payment is not made within 3 days, we have the right to re-list the item, contact eBay, and leave appropriate feedback. We are easygoing people; so if you cannot do these terms, please email us before hand and we will definitely try to work with you. If your feedback score is less than 10, please email us prior to bidding and let us know that you will be bidding…payment will be due w/in 24 hours of auction end.
Returns will only be accepted on errors or defective products. Please make sure you know your sizes and use measurements as I do put them on there. If product does have a defect or an error has occurred in the transaction, you may return your item for a refund within 7 days. Item must be unworn/unused and include original packaging and tags. Please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your package if there is a problem. We will do whatever necessary to be sure you are a happy customer.
Shipping Terms: Once payment has cleared, your item will be shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a courtesy email from us, if your package is not sent within this time. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. You may choose to get insurance if you like. Shipping prices listed are only for the continental (lower 48) US. We will ship to Canada. Please email us before buying and we will let you know what the shipping cost will be.
