All beams are bolted together. The main beams are bolted to the foundation. All of the siding is steel and are also screwed to the beams. The interior lighting and garage doors are included.
There is electric available to help with the ease of disassembling the building.
The outside office shown in the picture is attached. The winning bidder can also have this office area if they disassemble it. The office area is NOT part of the bidding, just thrown in as an "extra" if you want it to disassemble it and take it with you.
