The equipment made available to you, the customer, is used merchandise which we have acquired through various public and private channels, etc. The extent of machine inspection performed by our staff is minimal and usually does not include testing attributes of machines function and operation. We may, or may not, power up particular items, for instance, if they were acquired from a functioning facility where they may have still been hooked up to power and appeared to be in use at the time of acquisition. We can guarantee the high bidder that this item will leave our facility in the condition stated in description, and / or as depicted in photo images provided.

We relinquish all responsibility of merchandise once it leaves our facility and we cannot be liable for lost, or stolen merchandise, or any other damages inflicted to merchandise due to the improper handling by freight company personnel. Furthermore, we cannot assume responsibility for items which have been broken, modified or altered in any way, shape or form.
