ITEM WEIGHING 66lbs and LESS
For items under 66lbs (30kg) I use Canada post to both the US and Canada . There are absolutely no issues with customs to the US . They are very fast within Canada (typically within 5 days), but they are quite slow to the US usually taking around 2 weeks but has been known to take 3-4 weeks based on customs taking extra long to look at your item. The cost listed below is shipping for the US . Canadian customers please email me to get a shipping cost for you which should be cheaper. I use an outside packager so after your payment is received, your item is sent another local business which packages and ships your goods. It may take up to 5 business days to get your item properly packaged and shipped. As soon as I receive your TRACKING #s I will email them to you and you can track using that number at www.canadapost.ca and when the package crosses into the US (for my US customers) you can track on www.USPS.com. Very rarely, Canada Post will LOSE or DAMAGE an item. I insure every shipment, but there is a process to getting the insurance money which can include direct contact and information from the receiver (which is you). I will definitely refund you if you do not receive your shipment or it is damaged but we must go through the steps with Canada Post first which can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

If the item being purchased is over 66lbs, then I use a multitude of carriers including Eagle Global Logistics, Manitoulin, and FrantX to both the US and Canada. Email me your zip or postal code to get a quote or an estimate. For any larger shipments to the US , please send me your contact phone number to go along with a contact name and a tax ID# for your business to along with your business name as well as shipping address so that my customs broker has all the information they need to clear your shipment smoothly. I will also provide you with information on tracking larger shipments.

You may pay instantly with PayPal by clicking the pay now button. We also accept money orders/cashier checks/bank drafts and even wire transfers. We will accept a personal cheque but will wait for it to clear (up to 2 weeks on US personal cheques). Payments with PayPal and money orders will ship within 2 business days of payment barring any unforscene circumstances.
If you have not received our email within 24 hours from when the auction ended, please drop us an email and let us know. Email us if you'd like to send any kind of cheque or money order to get all the information
Return Policy:
You may return the product within 7 days of receipt. Shipping, handling and insurance is not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics. If you receive the item damaged or something not resembling what you purchased, please email me and we will work towards a satisfying result.
Terms:
- Buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase and use of the product/item.
- All large goods will be subjected to a $100 minimum crating fee that will be discussed prior to payment
- Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close. We can not guarantee availability of product if we do not receive payment within 7 days.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- We must collect general sales tax if item is shipped to a Canadian address (5%) and provencial sales tax for an address in Ontario (8%).
