We are Brute Trailers. A medium sized trailer manufacture building Gooseneck and pintle hitch flatbed, dovetails, hydraulic dovetails and tilt deck trailers. We only build the finest quality trailers using name brand componets such as Dexter axles (100% made in the USA), Bulldog jacks and couplers, Petersen sealed beam lighting and of course all USA made steel.
WE ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST TRAILER BUILT, NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE OTHERS COST-GAURANTEED. CHECK OUT OUR CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES AND MATERIALS USED.
A word about increased prices. As many of our customers have seen, our prices (and everyones elses prices have increased a great deal in the last 6 months). This is due to steel increases ranging from 40%-113% and component price increases of up to 18% and labor increases (of course we use 100% verified U.S. citizens) of 10%. Delivery costs have increased as well with the fuel prices to $1.40/mile (we are still the cheapest in the business) for 1 trailer, 2 trailers is $1.75/mile(we will split loads and that nets out to you $.90/mile & 3 trailers(rare) at $2.10/mile for all 3 which is $.70/mile for each. If you come get yours, sometimes (not gauranteed) we can pay you to deliver another trailer or 2 along the way.
Please allow 4 weeks for build time. Before you bid call us to make sure that is still a good build time.
Trailers are not built, so that you can choose your colors. (33 different colors, and we will custom match but it is extra)
Our Ibeam material is A50 Grade (52,000psi shear strength steel, our competition in the trailer business uses only A36 which is 36,000psi steel)

On Nov-08-07 at 19:43:23 PST, seller added the following information:
The GVW of the trailer is 25,000lbs.
Empty weight is approximately 8900-9300lbs
Tilt deck angle is approximately 8 degrees of angle
Standard tires are 7.5 x 16 10 ply bias tires rated at 2780lbs each. Some poeple don;t like bias, usually because they have let tire pressure get low and bias tires have to maintain rated tire pressure. (or the heat tears them up. We have a triple 12k axle trailer regularly hauling over 40,000lbs and have 60,000 miles on the original set of bias. BUT WE CHECK TIRE PRESSURE EVERY OTHER DAY.
