Buildings Up To 60' FT Wide!

Owner is responsible for obtaining local permits, covenant searches, right of way or
setback restrictions. Please inform the installers of any underground cables, gas lines, or
any other utility lines. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the previously
mentioned utilities. Lot Must Be Level or unit will be sold "AS IS" on lot.
Customer Service will contact (YOU) for an install appointment.
Although we usually contact you and have your building installed
within 2-3 weeks, we cannot make no guarantee, as the weather
conditions and other factors may delay installation.
Any problems with the buildings must be reported within 30 days to Crowder Marketing Group.
We are not liable for any damage as a result of any inclement weather. Customer
expressly agrees that ownership of the carport/garage shall remain with Crowder Marketing Group,
Inc until payment is made in full. If payment is not made within thirty calendar days, Crowder Marketing Group , has the customer's express-permission to repossess the unit from the
premises upon which it is installed. This does not relieve the customer from liability for
specific performance of the contract. However, at the seller's option, Crowder Marketing Group Inc,
reserves the right to cancel any order.

Note: Frame is one foot shorter than roof length on units with horizontal panels. On vertical
roof units, the base rail and roof length are the same.
