PACKING, SHIPPING & SALES TAX
All products are sold FOB Green Bay, WI 54304
We will pack it for shipping for an additional $100.00 charge.
Standard packaging for large or heavy items consists of securing the item to a pallet.
Packaging for smaller items is a sturdy cardboard container.
We do not accept responsibility for packaging performance or for freight damages.
Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Damaged merchandise must be documented with freight carrier before they depart your location. This will be done on your bill of lading. Damage should be investigated by the freight carrier claim department.
Wisconsin sales taxes are charged on all shipments within the state of Wisconsin.

Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM Central, excluding holidays. Before bidding, please note that packing and shipping ARE NOT included in the bid price.

Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of pick up by contacting us at 1-800-236-2777.
All customer pickups are subject to 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.
All pickups are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the packing fee.
Securing the load is the sole responsibility of the customer. We assume no liability or responsibility for load being improperly or inadequately secured. Please bring appropriate straps and materials to secure your load. There are not tie down materials here for your use.
If refrigeration units are placed on their side or back for loading or transport, all warranties and guarantees are null and void.
All items not picked up within thirty (30) days of close of auction will incur a storage charge of $50.00 per month. Items will be held for sixty (60) days only.
All items not picked up within the 60 days from the close of auction will be cancelled and disposed of. All monies paid will be forfeited.
